Order Processing

Most in-stock, non-custom items are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Custom and personalized orders require additional production time and typically ship within 1–2 weeks. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the order, order volume, and seasonal demand.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout based on your location.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated processing and delivery times, Bryn Southern Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Bryn Southern Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at brynsouthernco@gmail.com. We will gladly work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Local Pickup

At this time, Bryn Southern Co does not offer local pickup unless otherwise stated for a specific event or promotion.
